A proposal of the total solution will be provided to you before execution of the operation.
Our customer services team will then source skilled and experienced employees together with the right equipment and technology.
We will deploy a dedicated team to your site with a high calibre supervisor.
A site supervisor will be assigned to the premises and will be responsible for the setting and maintenance of acceptable standards of the operation
Training and induction specific to the client’s site will be done by the supervisor and area manager
Monitoring of the site is done by an area manager regularly who evaluates the services delivered by the entire team.
Both management and the supervisor will be responsible for the following:
Arrange and conduct regular site meetings with the client contract manager – Ongoing monitoring of employees performance and services delivered
Ongoing training of staff on-site
Provide monthly feedback reports on services delivered to the client
Implement and ensure employees adhere to cleaning procedures
